The North Wilkesboro Speedway logo has never been copyrighted or trademarked by either the former owners(The Staley and Combs Families) nor the current owner Speedway Motorsports, the logo was created back in the 1940's and has been out of use for over 12 years when the speedway closed in 1996.Swilson2000 (talk) 19:12, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
