Is it just me, or does this article seem a little over-complimentary, as if the writer was trying to "sell the player as a person"? Just a thought.

Before he went to England, his first name was regularly use. Was it dropped due to its similarity to the English slang term 'wank', meaning to masturbate?

I doubt so... By the way, I think all the words on the article page should be neatly arranged under sub-headings. How do I go about doing that?User:Lowzeewee

[edit] Dubious Information

Caps and goal figures in the article likely contain European cup/Domestic cup data in addition to Domestic League data (this is very certain based on this user's previous edits containing similar information [1]. Please correct this issue and leave a note here, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Alfmaster#Footballers.27_European_goals, to warn this person about putting improper information on Wikipedia. --Palffy 21:20, 25 June 2006 (UTC)
I use the SoccerBase data instead [2]. Kingjamie 20:20, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

  • What is that about? Not only is it a rumour, but it has no citation and I haven't heard anything about it. I hope no one minds if I delete it. User:Thom32
