The NWA Oklahoma Heavyweight Championship is a professional wrestling championship sanctioned by the National Wrestling Alliance as the top title contested for in its member promotion NWA Universal Championship Wrestling.

Michael Barry 1 April 23, 2004 Ponca City, Oklahoma Won a six-man gauntlet match, last eliminating Brandon Groom, to become the first champion.
Brandon Groom 1 May 8, 2004 Bristow, Oklahoma

John O'Malley 1 April 9, 2005 Tahlequah, Oklahoma
NWA Oklahoma changes its name to NWA Universal in April 2005. NWA Universal was inactive from September 2005 through May 2006.
Rocco Valentino 1 August 25, 2006 Tahlequah, Oklahoma
John O'Malley 2 October 28, 2006 Tahlequah, Oklahoma This was a no disqualification falls count anywhere match.
Title vacated on November 29, 2006 when O'Malley leaves NWA Universal.
Slam Shady 1 April 14, 2007 Wagoner, Oklahoma This was a 10-man Sooner Stampede match for the vacant title.
