NWA Midwest Heavyweight Championship

The NWA Midwest Heavyweight Championship is the top professional wrestling title in the NWA Midwest promotion. The title has been in use since 2001.[1]

Mike Samson 1 2001-03-17 Hillside, Illinois Defeated Turbo to become the first champion. The two had been the final men remaining in a 20-man battle royal.
Samson was stripped of the title on 2002-09-05.
Danny Dominion 1 2002-09-28 Grayslake, Illinois Defeated Donovan Morgan.
Dominion was stripped of the title on 2004-01-17 in Green Bay, Wisconsin due to no-showing a title defense.
Adam Evans 1 2004-01-17 Green Bay, Wisconsin Defeated Chris Jordan and Eric Priest in a three-way match.
Silas Young 1 2004-02-22 Wheaton, Illinois
Ken Anderson 1 2004-07-16 Milwaukee, Wisconsin Defeated Silas Young and Colt Cabana in a three-way match.
Chris Candido 1 2004-11-12 Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Title vacated after Chris Candido died on 2005-04-28.
Johnny Candido 1 2005-09-17 Streamwood, Illinois Defeated Danny Daniels.
Title vacated in January 2007.
Jay Ryan 1 2007-05-05 Streamwood, Illinois Defeated Marek Brave.
