Architects Studying architects biographies, I realized that sorting them by style is quite useless: successful architects were building whatever the money wanted, changing from Art Nouveau to Neoclassical to Constructivist to Stalinist, in their heart craving Pskov version of Russian Revival (it's all about Alexey Shchusev)... What is important is when they were at the peak of their physical and creative state - for Russia, add 35-40 years to year of birth. That's it (but not that simple).
