Nutan Prasad is a Tollywood actor.[1] He started acting in the early 1970s, and became a character actor. He was famous for dialogues such as "Desham chala klishta paristitilo undhi...". He appeared in many movies during the 80s. In 1989 While shooting for the film Baama Maata Bangaaru Baata he had an accident and broke his back. From then onwards he was wheel chaired and stopped acting in movies. Once in a while he appeared in guest roles. Now he is giving commentary for a famous Telugu TV program Neralu Ghoralu.
In 1984 Nutan Prasad received the Nandi Award for Best Supporting Actor.[2]
