Nut roast
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Nut roast is a vegetarian dish, often eaten as an alternative to the traditional roast dinner. It is popular with vegetarians at Christmas[1], but eaten all year round.
It is commonly made with any variety of nuts, but typically Brazil nuts and cashew nuts.
Instant varieties are also available, where only added water is needed.
