I made the photo myself, feel free to use it.

The marker reads:

Historic Trinity Cemetery

Established 1837

Original 2 acre tract for cemetery and church lot was donated by Rachel Greaves in 1856. Late in the century adjoining 1 acre tract was donated by W.J. and Frank B. Shaw estates.
1 acre tract was acquired from Irwin Miller estate in 1951.
1 acre tract was donated by William F. Walker in 1964.
1 acre tract was donated by B.F. Morris estate in 1986.

Care of cemetery has been supervised by the Trinity Cemetery Association since 1907. Many colorful events have been observed here since Civil War days.

(Please do not remove the full text of the marker, this makes it easier for blind people to convert to Braille and read it. Converting the text from the image would be hard to do. Thank you!)
