It's OK, I did ;). If you want some advice about whether or not you can use an image, feel free to ask me on my talk page. Note that you should assume by default that stuff is copyrighted, not that it isn't. Hello,

Creative works "are" not "were", unless they no longer exist. For example: you would not refer to the Mona Lisa as "was a painting", because it clearly "is a painting".
