[edit] Yaz(oo)
OK, I'm still learning about the ins & outs of wiki-land these past few months, and I guess I should have left "Situation" alone and not specified (Yazoo song). But last night before I created a page for "Don't Go", I checked and there were other pages about songs with that title. But after I linked this page to the one I made, I noticed you switched everything back to match your link of Don't Go (song) before switching it back again, and now I'm confused. Did I mess something up again? If so, I'm sorry about that. Zephyrnthesky (talk) 23:58, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
- Nope, you didnt mess up anything, I messed up. Originally "Don't Go (song)" had no article - when I moved everything there and started to change the wikilinks, only then did I notice there were other "Don't Go" song articles - plus something weird was going on (I think having to do with the apostrophe in the title?) that had me in this loop of double redirects. Honestly I have no clue what I did, so I reverted all my changes back to your versions, then I redirected "Don't Go (song)" to the "Don't Go" disambiguation page. I should never try to do something that involved first thing in the morning. - eo (talk) 00:10, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
- Well, that makes me feel better knowing I didn't make two errors in one week on songs by the same band, from the same album, and an album called Upstairs at Eric's to boot (which, even if you don't live upstairs, I'm sure you're going to notice that one if I alter this page). If it helps clear up the apostrophe issue, I created the "Don't Go" page by following a red link on either the Upstairs/album page or the Yazoo (band) page, I think...maybe one of those had a symbol resembling an apostrophe and I didn't catch it? Anyway, thanks for being on top of it. Zephyrnthesky (talk) 00:59, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
