All tracks written by and produced by Jehst with the exception of Pepper Spray which is written by Jehst, Kashmere & Sir Smurf Lil. It is thought that this release includes evidence of a new Jehst style in terms of Production and Lyrics, As the album takes a more 'Catchy' approach with rythmic hooks and 'Rapalong' style rhymes. In an interview with ukhh.com in July 05 Jehst made this comment about his forthcoming album "...This album is more moving it the direction of sound over content in a way..."
