Nuaresat is a dialect of Western Lombard language spoken in province of Novara (Piedmont). It's rarely used in the city, where is preferred the use of Italian language because of high immigration from Mezzogiorno; it's much more used in the province. There are some elements of transition with Piedmontese language, particularly on the eastern coasts of Sesia river, boring severals transition dialects.
