Your rationale states that "I have been granted permission from the copyright owner to display this on Wikipedia". Does this refer exclusively to Wikipedia? Singularity 08:15, 11 August 2007 (UTC)

  • With regards to your comment. No, the author has allowed use of this image in other ways, including a range of website, such as MySpace, aswell as Wikipedia. The author has only specified that I may only use this image of Wikipedia. Hpfan9374 08:18, 11 August 2007 (UTC)
    • Has the author explicitly told you that the image is to be used only on Wikipedia? If so, then the image falls under WP:CSD#I3. Singularity 08:24, 11 August 2007 (UTC)
