[edit] Aeverine Nieves
The article you created at Aeverine Nieves was eligible for deletion without further discussion under criterion A7 in the criteria for speedy deletion as an article about a real person that does not assert the importance or significance of its subject. Since it appears to be about you I've moved it to your user space instead, which was probably what you intended in the first place (a common mistake among newcomers!).
If you really did mean to create an article about yourself please be aware that this is often considered a bad idea, even if you do meet the guidelines for inclusion of biographies.
I know Wikipedia can be confusing for new editors, so you are welcome to ask for help at the help desk or on my talk page. -- Astaire 03:40, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Re: "Mind if I join..."
I don't know what you are asking me to do. More importantly, I kindly advise you not to ask again. I see you have left similar messages for other users, and we can easily perceive such messages as disruptive. If you have a specific question about using Wikipedia, you are welcome to ask at the help desk. Best regards. YechielMan 05:26, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Recent Vanadlism on this page [Ticket#2007061510002946]
I last edited my user page on May 12, 2007 (up to Wikipedia Standards (in a way) ) and when I checked the page on June 17, I found that it had been vandalized. I previously contacted Wikipedia to investigate the vandalism, and my userpage was obviously deleted becasue someone has been cyberbullying me that began on another site and has been investigated by me, as well with local police (as I have printed off the cyberbully's activities.
Now as a news junkie and an irritated Wikipedian, I am required to get to the bottom of the dispute and get some answers, pursuant to Wikipedia's Dispute resolution, in which I have proof that I have been cyberbullied.
I would have liked an explanation from the individuals directly why they did this for security reasons. And if I have done anything wrong (as a few have pointed out), I am truly sorry. (Aeverine Frathleen Nieves 19:14, 20 June 2007 (UTC))
[edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:WTHR newscast.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:WTHR newscast.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 07:20, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

I, (Aeverine Frathleen Nieves 11:54, 24 June 2007 (UTC)), hereby allow that filed to be deleted.
[edit] revision 140038451
I undid the revision, pursuant to Wikipedia standards. I have learned that this is not the place to do this.

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:18-wlfi.JPG
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:18-wlfi.JPG. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Jay32183 20:36, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use disputed for Image:18-wlfi.JPG
Thanks for uploading Image:18-wlfi.JPG. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Jay32183 04:48, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of Jenna Maloney
A tag has been placed on Jenna Maloney, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD A1.
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. -- WebHamster 19:16, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
Please don't create empty pages with hangon tags. Wait to write the article before posting. Thanks, NawlinWiki 19:25, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Angela Cain
A tag has been placed on Angela Cain, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing no content to the reader. Please note that external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article don't count as content. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. --Finngall talk 19:27, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] No more empty articles!
Please stop with the TV journalist articles! The names aren't going anywhere -- you don't have to "reserve" the titles by posting articles with no content. Please stop now or we may have to block you. NawlinWiki 19:30, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Another empty article
Your article http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Keith_Edwards_%28news_anchor%29&action=history is unverified and is empty. I have asked NawlinWiki to block you from posting further empty articles. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.93.44.78 (talk) 12:50, 14 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Notability of Zach Meyers
Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Zach Meyers, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Zach Meyers seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Zach Meyers, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. [edit] AfD nomination of The Place to Be
I have nominated The Place to Be, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Place to Be. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. [edit] Image:WNDY2000.gif
I have tagged Image:WNDY2000.gif as {{orphaned fairuse}}. In order for the image to be kept at Wikipedia, it must be included in at least one article. If this image is being used as a link target instead of displayed inline, please add {{not orphan}} to the image description page to prevent it being accidentally marked as orphaned again. [edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:WTOR-FTV.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:WTOR-FTV.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. [edit] User:Nsgaeverine/WTOR-FTV and fair use images
Per WP:NFCC #9, you are not permitted to display non-free images on anything other than actual encyclopedia articles in the main namespace. User:Nsgaeverine/WTOR-FTV is not an actual article in the main article namespace. As such, you can not put these images back in, as you did here for example. Please do not put these images back in again. Thank you, --Hammersoft (talk) 14:15, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
Further, I've re-tagged Image:WTOR2008.jpg as a non-free image, due to the fact that it contains the CBS "eye" logo, which is copyrighted. As such, this is a derivative work of a copyrighted work and the rights holder to the original work retains rights. You may hold rights to the "41" part of the logo, but CBS retains rights to the "eye". --Hammersoft (talk) 15:02, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
And, on an unrelated note, congratulations on your continued transition. It takes a lot of courage to go for the inner peace when what you see in the mirror is not what you feel inside. It's a hard road, and one not easily travelled by any. With heartfelt support, --Hammersoft (talk) 15:05, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
