  • Albert Willis (deceased) - Aeverine's brother. He disapproved of nearly all aspects of his sister's lifestyle, dismissing it as immoral. Died in the pilot.
  • Julie Willis - Albert's wife and Aeverine's sister-in-law. is Baxter's violent emotionally mother, who was imprisoned for punching a physician in the face and attempted to murder Peggy, her mother-in-law, for what she belived caused the death of her husband. She is frequently mentioned by Baxter during the course of the series,.
  • Baxter Willis - Aeverine's pet nephew and Rags' cousin.
  • Peggy Willis - Aeverine's mother, is a deranged, politically incorrect misandrist with a hair-trigger temper. Her throyid was slashed off in a 1988 Quillsville Western High School shooting and her head were reattached to her throat, resulting in a shorter height. Despite her disability, she eventually reached the rank of Master Teacher in the State of Indiana, and is addressed as such by her friends. After divorcing Aeverine's father, she marries a much younger, dimwitted doctor named Charlie. She calls Angela "Aeverine's Wife" and makes frequent references to her heroism, including her beatdown killing of "100 stoodants."
  • Amanda Brittani (AB) Willis - is Peggy's and Charlie's infant son, and Aeverine's younger half-sister.
  • Charlie Willis - Peggy's second husband. It has been known that he went to kindergarten with Frank (now Aeverine). He has muscle implants. Usually, he is generally depicted as docile and unintelligent, although he has a degree in general medicine. Charlie is also very monotonous, even when scared or excited.
  • Harry Willis - Peggy's first husband and mother of Aeverine and Albert. He divorced Peggy after suffering years of verbal abuse in 1993. A kind man who collects stamps, Harry lives in Iowa with his boyfriend Clyde. Aeverine has trouble emotionally connecting with Harry, but is a loving daughter who defends her father in spite of Peggy's insults.

  • Ned Shanks (b. 1949) Industrialist, and owner of Coke Utility. Husband to Lisa, father to Angela, Heather and Laura. He harbors a deep hatred for Aeverine.

  • Lando Abrams - Willis' materialistic, F2M next-door neighbor. He is prejudiced against M2F's: dominant M2F's in particular. He frequently boasts his superiority to the others, but Aeverine bails him out in several episodes. Secretly, Lando considers Aeverine his crush because they share some of the same principles. Lando occasionally wrestles with the fact that he has a transgendered daughter, and has even referred to her as his son in times of frustration.
  • Lily Abrams - Wife of Lando and stepmother of Trevelle
  • Trevelle Jennifer Abrams - Lando's transgerndered daughter. Trevelle's middle name is Jennifer for her father because Lando wanted a girl.

  • Tiffani Kendall --is the Willis' overweight, divorced, clinically depressed neighbor from Virginia. She is obsessed with her cheating ex-husband, Ken (now Kendra), and her suicidal tendencies are a running gag on the series, as are her frequent attempts to woo Angela. She is a hair stylist in the United States Army. She was a star volleyball player in high school (nicknamed "Tiffsmasher"), alongside Aeverine (running back) and Anna (quarterback). In high school, Tiffani was respected for her decision to join the U.S. Army.
  • Kendra Kendall -Tiffani's ex-husband.

  • Anna Pamhouser -womanizing bachelorette whose mutterings seem incomprehensible, although her associates usually understand her perfectly. Anna is a classic car aficionado. In several episodes, she is depicted wearing thong panties and bikinis.

  • Melissa Rose - Willis' alcoholic neighbor, a sex reassignment surgeon, conspiracy theorist, and borderline maniac.
  • Stephanie Rose - Spouse of Melissa Rose and mother of Connie Rose.
  • Connie Rose - Daughter of Melissa and Stephanie and one of Connie's best friends.

  • Zach Mullins--Local News Anchor. Zach is an arrogant, baritone newscaster at Channel 24. His family includes Lenore, his second wife, and a daughter named Angelika from his first marriage

  • Angela Stroup--Local News Anchor. Stroup and fellow anchor Zach Mullins often trade insults live on the air. Her family includes a son Bradley.
  • Michelle Wilson--Local News Anchor/Reporter. Michelle is the first transgender female anchor/reporter that filled in during Stroup's maternity leave. She is originally from Boston, but is assigned to Quillsvile. She also is an avid New England Patriots fan.

  • Bart the Bully: A guy who holds a grudge against Aeverine. His rivalry with Aeverine stemmed from him giving Aeverine a bad therapists in "Therapist Hopping", following which they had a long, destructive fight. His fights with Aeverine are very elaborate and destructive. Aeverine has won the first fight to date and at the end of each fight, Aeverine walks off and leaves him for dead, only for Bart to show some sign of life, implying that he and Aeverine will fight again. Bart's appearances are often random, with him tackling Aeverine out of nowhere or staring at her through a window mid-conversation. After the fights are over, Aeverine returns to what she was doing, injuries and all, as if nothing happened.
  • Florence Poppington (aka Flopsy) - an old buddy of Peggy's. She often acts as an accomplice to Peggy's inane hate/revenge-driven schemes. In a later episode, she is left for dead by Peggy after a failed scheme
