NO SIR GIFTS is a home based gift shop (since 1987) and an internet gift retailer (since 2005).
NO SIR GIFTS was founded on July 18, 1987, when they sold a 25 cent piece of lipstick in its Van Buren, Indiana location.
Van Buren was NO SIR GIFTS' only location until 1988, when they opened a store in Gas City, Indiana (its first gift sold was a Mississinewa Indians wall clock) followed by Marion, Indiana in 1990.
NO SIR GIFTS sold Avon products from July 1987 until March 2005, when Aeverine Nieves took over as Senior Manager of NO SIR GIFTS.
On January 29, 2007, NO SIR GIFTS took control of Marion, Indiana internet television station The Indiana State News Center and Discussion.
On October 15, 2007, NO SIR GIFTS announced a strategic exploration that could lead to the acquisition of WTOR-FTV, the CBS affiliate in Marion, and WLIN-FTV, the Fox affiliate in Kokomo.
On May 1, 2008, NO SIR GIFTS announced that it would acquire WXSB-FTV, the ABC affiliate in Warsaw, and WVTH-FTV, the NBC affiliate in Vincennes.
