The deletion discussion can be found at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Critical Mass rides. Any admin, when closing a deletion debate, has to make a judgement based on both the consensus and the quality of the arguments put forward. There is an appeals process at Wikipedia:Deletion review if a user does not agree with how an admin closes a debate. Hope that helps. Proto||type 23:48, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
