Welcome!
Hello, Nsae Comp, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia

- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}}
on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome! I reverted your change at Music of China because it is against Wikipedia practice to link to the same article more than once in the same article (or at least the same section). [edit] copyright for article about Yang Hsiung
Hi Nsae Comp, I replaced the article about Yang Hsiung that you started with a copyright violation notice because it was verbatim identical with the text at the external site you pointed to, which expressly reserves copyright on its homepage. I'm sorry if I'm mistaken about this. The following is the official blurb that I'm supposed to put on your talk page :-) Joriki 17:10, 20 January 2006 (UTC)
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as Yang Hsiung, but we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from either web sites or printed material. - The same goes for Classical Friendship and Kasendi and Compadrazgo, all apparently lifted from http://www.celebratefriendship.org/gloss.htm. NickelShoe 18:39, 7 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Speedy deletion of Hohe Warte (Vienna)
A tag has been placed on Hohe Warte (Vienna) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. TRAVELLINGCARIMy storyTell me yours 02:33, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
