"Construction on project no. 10521 started on October 4, 1989 at the Baltic Works in Saint Petersburg, USSR." This sounds very strange, as there was no St. Petersburg in 1989, nor one in the USSR. I suggest changing to the then extant name Leningrad (of course linking today's city). It is common in both encyclopaedic and historic works to use the then-official names of places. - Yeah, Leningrad was renamed on September 6, 1991, so you're right. But the major construction works were in St. Petersburg. It's just a translation (from russian article) mistake made by me, thanx. --Yuriy Lapitskiy ~ 21:24, 30 December 2007 (UTC)
