This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. G'day Now2blue. I'm replying to the unsigned message you left on my talk page. You wanted to know why I tagged your article? I wasn't sure of the notability of the musician and wanted an Admin to check it out. The speedy delete notice does not mean it WILL be deleted. Only that its deletion is being considered. Since you have challenged the speedy delete with your own tag, an Admin will consider your opinions on why it should not be deleted. You have done a couple more edits since I tagged it. It didn't even have the album stub when I put the speedy there. If you're real keen to save it I suggest you expand it as much as you can and add a few more relevant internal links. Make sure other relevant articles link back to it as well. I can't delete it but an Admin may still decide to if they feel it is not an encyclopedic article. Thank you for uploading Image:Sneak promo.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thanks for uploading Image:Gallery sneak promo.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:Sneak promo.jpg. The copy called Image:Sneak promo.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.
This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads.
