Template talk:Now

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Template:Now is permanently protected from editing, as it is a heavily used or visible template.

Substantial changes should be proposed here, and made by administrators if the proposal is uncontroversial, or has been discussed and is supported by consensus. Use {{editprotected}} to attract the attention of an administrator in such cases.
This template does not have a documentation subpage. If the template page contains categories, interwiki links or usage notes, move these to Template:Now/doc. If the template does not require documentation, add |doc=no to this template ({{permprot}}).

Is there any handy way to change this to a local timezone?

I would appreciate this feature as well. ~ PaulT+/C 20:35, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Accessed

I suggest a way to include this (subst:ed) in the web references of the articles.

[edit] Example

<ref>[http://www.unep.org/wed/2008 WED 2008 official website] , [http://www.unep.org/Documents.Multilingual/Default.asp?DocumentID=519&ArticleID=5677&l=en UNEP Press Release, 2007-10-01, "Kick the Habit - World Environment Day 2008 to be Hosted by New Zealand with Focus on Fostering Low-Carbon Economies"], accessed [[2007-11-10]] 11:10 [[UTC]] </ref>

The template {{accessed}} would include "accessed" and the today date and time.
