Now That's What I Call Music 22 or Now 22 was released in 2006. The album is the twenty-second edition of the (NZ) Now! series. The compilation continued the chain of number-one Now That's What I Call Music CDs, sitting at number one for seven consecutive weeks. The album features four number-ones from the RIANZ New Zealand singles chart: Justin Timberlake's "SexyBack", Beyoncé's "Irreplaceable", Fergie's "London Bridge" and the Pussycat Dolls' "Buttons". Of the eighteen songs on the CD, fifteen reached the New Zealand top ten.
