Now That's What I Call Music! #1's was released on January 24, 2006. The album is a special edition of the (US) Now! series. It includes 20 songs from previous released editions of the Now! series in the US. Nine of the songs in this compilation reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Now! #1's reached #6 on the Billboard 200 albums chart and has been certified Gold by the RIAA. It is the first album in the Now! series to not go Platinum.
