- This article describes the 7th album in the U.S. Now! series. It should not be confused with identically-numbered albums from other Now! series. For more information, see Now That's What I Call Music! 7 and List of Now That's What I Call Music! albums.
Now That's What I Call Music! 7 was released on July 31, 2001. The album is the 7th edition of the (US) Now! series. It debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200, selling 621,000 copies in its first week, the highest opening week of sales for any US Now! album to date[1]. It is the 3rd #1 album in the series and has been certified 3x Platinum[2]. This was the first in the series to also crossover onto the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, peaking at #3[3]. The album features one Billboard Hot 100 #1 hit: "All for You".
