"Emperor Charles VI had it raised in 1724-1725". To "raise" means to "elevate" i.e. make something higher. My guess is that you mean "razed" i.e he had it knocked down ("to raze something to the ground" = to knock it all down, to demolish it. Slovak: strhnúť). Is that what you mean?
