Novotel is one of a number of hotel chains owned by the French hotel group Accor. Whilst most numerous in France, Novotel hotels are found throughout the world.

The bedrooms are average for a business-oriented hotel chain. They usually contain amenities such as a double bed plus sofa bed, a desk with broadband internet access, satellite television, wardrobe, mini-bar, air conditioning and automatic alarm clock. All bedrooms also usually have a bathroom with basic facilities.

Novotels generally feature one or more restaurants plus one or more cafes; swimming pool(s) and fitness centers are found in many Novotels. As they are mainly business-oriented hotels, conference rooms and business centers are readily available.
