Novi Marof is a town in north-western Croatia, located south of Varaždin and east of Ivanec, in the Varaždin county. The population of the municipality is 13,857, with 1,981 people living in Novi Marof itself (census 2001).

The town has memorial markers to:
- Croatian soldiers and civilians who died or went missing during and after World War II[1]
- Five European observers killed by Serb fire in 1991 during the country's War of Independence[2]
