[edit] Writing Style

This is for discussion about the style of writing used by Avi in Nothing But the Truth. --Think Fast 22:58, July 11, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Comments

Has anybody noticed the "pretty weanie if you ask me" at the end of the summary? Pretty funny if you ask me. 22:12, January 10, 2007 (UTC)

Noticed and reverted :) --Think Fast 05:00, 11 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Title Change/Page Move

I think the title of the article should end with (novel), not (book), because of WP:NC-BK, and somewhere else saying that book refers to non-fiction, but this book is fiction. If there are no objections, I will move it sometime later this week. Just wanted to any opinons before I did this. SmileToday☺(talk to me , My edits) 22:58, 30 April 2007 (UTC)

Page moved to Nothing But the Truth (novel) per WP:NC-BK#Standard disambiguation. Please discuss before reverting. SmileToday☺(talk to me , My edits) 20:34, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Semi-protect status

Can we please semi-protect this article from the childish vandalism that pops up? —Micahbrwn (talk) 22:48, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

It would be unusual to apply protection to an article with vandalism levels as low as this. Joyous! | Talk 01:00, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
Vandalism seems to happen rather frequently. Or do you mean the amount of vandalism (e.g. inserting random keystrokes in the middle of paragraphs, adding nonsense like the word "fag" into a paragraph about a character, etc., etc.)? In any case, the "level" of vandalism (whatever that means) may be "low", but it's still annoying. Just saying. Incidentally, what "level" of vandalism would make it an issue enough to consider putting this article on semi-protect status? Just curious. —Micahbrwn (talk) 08:25, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
There's not really a hard and fast rule: you ask a different person and get a different answer. I protected Waylon Jennings because of high vandalism levels for a while. Here, it seems to be pretty sporadic. Joyous! | Talk 01:06, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
A couple times a week is "sporadic"? Okay, then. —Micahbrwn (talk) 06:20, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
As I said, ask a different person and get a different answer. *I* don't think it warrants protection, but if you want to approach someone else, I won't be unhappy about it. Joyous! | Talk 15:57, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
