Notre Dame Preparatory School is a private, coeducational Roman Catholic high school in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. It is located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Worcester.

Notre Dame Preparatory School was established in 1952 by the Brothers of the Sacred Heart. [1]

- Michael Beasley (1989-) forward for the Kansas State Wildcats men's basketball team. Beasley declared for the 2008 NBA draft after leading the Big 12 in scoring (26.2) and rebounding (12.4) during his freshman season. He was named the league's Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year. A first team All-American, Beasley was second in the voting for the 2008 John R. Wooden Award given to college basketball's top player.
- Derrick Caracter (1988-) power forward/center for the Louisville Cardinals men's basketball team. Transferred to Notre Dame during his junior year.[2]
