Notogomphus leroyi is a species of dragonfly in family Gomphidae. It is found in the Republic of the Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rivers.
