Notogomphus kilimandjaricus is a species of dragonfly in family Gomphidae. It is found in Kenya and Tanzania. Its natural habitats are dry savanna, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, and rivers.
