Notogomphus dorsalis is a species of dragonfly in family Gomphidae. It is found in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, and rivers.
