Notoacmea parviconoida is a small species of sea snail or true limpet, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Acmaeidae.

This limpet is endemic to New Zealand including the Chatham Islands.

This common species is found in the mid to upper intertidal zone, often on Mytilus, Perna, and Modiolus shells.

The shell is small. ovate, high-conical, with the apex at about the anterior third. The surface is smooth to faintly radially ribbed.
Coloration is extremely variable, in the form of numerous to sparse, dark brown lines or stripes on a greyish-white ground. Occasional examples are almost wholly dark brown, with a few whitish marginal streaks.
The shell length is up to 4.5 mm, width 4 mm, and height 3.5 mm.
