Notoacmea is a southern genus of true limpets, marine gastropod molluscs in the family Acmaeidae, the true limpets.

This genus is endemic to New Zealand.

Notoacmea shells are moderately large and rather thin, with a coarse textured outer surface, and within, a thin layer of enamel, leaving a dark border of the outer layer. The radula has long, curved, and erect central and inner laterals, and small and apparently functionless outer laterals.
