"Note to Self" is the second single from From First to Last's debut album Dear Diary, My Teen Angst Has a Body Count.

The video takes place in an insane asylum, where apparently the time goes faster and slower than normal, when we can see an old man that seems afraid. We later can see the old man like a baby, later like a child and some time later like and adolescent or a young adult, for finally aging again. The band seems to be an illusion compared to the rest of the nutness in the asylum.
