Use for homophobia?

Since you have released this image into the public domain, there is nothing to stop people from using it for homophobic purposes. --RucasHost 23:29, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

There's nothing I could do to stop them from using it for any damn purpose they like even if I hadn't. No court would hear my case if I tried to sue someone over a 40x40 pixel icon with no creative input from myself. - ∅ (∅), 14:37, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
