It illustrates an educational article about the Notre Dame School (Surrey), which the logo (being the crest of the school) represents.
It is a low resolution image (the motto cannot be read for example), and thus not suitable for production of counterfeit goods.
The crest is not used in such a way that a reader would be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by Notre Dame School (Surrey).
