Nôscasa, Cape Verdean Creole for ‘Our Home’, is an estate agent in Cape Verde, founded in 2005^{[citation needed]}.

Offices exist on the islands of Sal, Boavista, Santiago and Sao Vicente, with further expansion planned for 2008/09.

Nôscasa offers a database of over 50,000 properties for sale or rent, and an extensive range of land on all islands, which totals to a 50% share of the Cape Verde property market to date^{[citation needed]}.

Services include land buying, property consultancy and management, rental services, facilities management, European support services, and mortgages.
