Norfolk Dumpling is a Pagan Priestess from Norfolk, England.

In 2002, 'Heidi' went through a gender reassignment operation, after being unhappy with her life.

She is now very happy with being a woman, and has set up a support group for people in the same situation.

In 2005, Heidi appeared on the Jeremy Kyle Show, to talk about the operation.

Heidi has took a journalism course for 3 years between 1993-1996, and worked for several different televsion companies as a TV Columnist.
