I've removed the TR-3A Black Manta from the template. I don't think it's appropriate to list aircraft that are only "rumored" to have been built by a company. Articles on rumored aircraft are fine as loong as they have verifiable sources, and that is the place for any report on who might have made it. - BillCJ 07:54, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
