[edit] Unsourced accusations

I have removed the following paragraph from the article's page.

NMC has a a twenty year history of denying due process to its students and failing to follow its own governance policies. Its administrators frequently interfere with and effectively censor the student press. The college administrators will often forbid selected student critics from participating with the campus media. In 2005, NMC changed its policy regarding student rights to deny non-credit students equal protections of due process and civil rights. These issues were the basis of complaints to its Board of Trustees and the Higher Learning Commission, who accredits the college, and the ACLU. The problems remain uncorrected.

It is unsourced and contains strong POV. If there are certain specific events that took place that were described by a third party then those events could possibly be mentioned in the article. --Pesco (talk) 20:43, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

Unfortunate, but true-not just POV. Third party sources are preferred I assume. What about documents that were written by the college that support or admit these facts? What about my complaints to the college's accrediting body, the Dept. of Education, or the ACLU and these responses?24.231.243.152 (talk) 04:26, 16 February 2008 (UTC)
