"The Northshore Mall Security Department is ranked as one of the finest in the state..." Really? On more than one occasion I've gone wandering around in the areas behind stores and in the basement without so much as a person in sight let alone security personnel. In the basement there's a chapel and small store that sells religious statues, books, and what not but then there's this whole area behind one of those employees only doors that is abandoned. There was a defunct store back there with a tattered plastic sheet in front of it and it was really dark and spooky with all sorts of debris filling it. I didn't dare go in there as I was alone and a big pussy. Maybe that's the haunted spot that they were talking about. After that there's just a maze of hallways with eery machine noises behind locked doors. It's pretty cool. I'm sure there're plenty more unauthorized areas to explore. I was just hanging around the area that's more or less beneath Legal Seafood.
