Puntland's in pretty bad shape and broke, which is bizarre considering that the Musa administration just signed a multimillion dollar oil deal. Choose your own conspiracy theory on this one. Garowe Online is not entirely unbiased, especially when it comes to Sool and Sanaag. Garowe sticks to the claim that Sool and Sanaag are still part of Puntland. --Ingoman (talk) 21:58, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
