I'm a bit puzzled that this article seems to imply that this parish is simultaneously in Lancashire and Merseyside. Is that really true? If yes, can the article clarify in what sense? If not, can it be reworded to avoid confusion? --Dr Greg 11:38, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
