This is one of the first steps in a massive personal project to document the districts and local level government areas of PNG, and one of the first PNG related articles to make the main page of Wikipedia. If anyone wants to help document any particular district of Papua New Guinea, please leave a message on my talk page with the area you are most interested in, and I will supply the relevant maps and stub articles to get you started, mabye the next PNG related "Did You Know" article on the Main Page will be yours!
