According to http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=fargohighrise-fargo-nd-usa this is not the highest building in terms of stories -- the Fargo High Rise is taller, at 22. Therefore I am deleting that assertion from the page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by TravisNygard (talk • contribs)
