[edit] Primary source issue

It does not seem reasonable to require secondary sources for the organizational structure of a statewide interscholastic organization or its divisions. CIF is, itself, governed by statute and it authorizes the subsidiary structure. The primary source is best in this case. Claims about the quality of its governance or the probity of its officials should, of course, be ignored in favor of information from reliable secondary sources. --Hjal 04:37, 8 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Redwood Empire vs. East Bay

The distinction on the current page that schools in the East Bay region of NCS are in the Bay Area and that Redwood Empire schools are not is wrong -- take the MCAL for an example. What does define the distinction, though? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.202.212.94 (talk) 05:48, 24 February 2008 (UTC)

It's clarified now, I hope. However, I don't think that there's a line we can draw on a map. Somebody would have to do a dot map with all of the school locations for a perfect description, since I think that there is at least some overlap in some of the leagues.--Hjal (talk) 17:27, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
