i have lived in north central for the last three years and i am a man of colour that was gentrified out of south philadelphia . although the area maybe 95 % african american . it is not 95 % poor

not to mention  a house next to me just sold to  caucasians for who  knows what purpose but who cares . north central in two more yearasrwill be in total gentrication mode  that is my opinion as a residenct . all i know is the house  went for  more than what most people in the area can afford  .  you want to know about philadelphia visit phila.gov  all there is to say about north central these people tell you nothing 

nothing about pearl baily being from north central northing about the new development in the area nothing about the historic homes of north central how it was at one time a century ago considered the north western suburb of philadelphia nothing about the uptown thearter who ever wrote the first paragraph above is clearly a racist . not to mention north central is a nieghborhood of the fairmount section zip code the person writting th e first part obviously is not a resident
