- Thorbjørn Jagland (pictured) (born November 5, 1950) is a Norwegian politician. He was Prime Minister of Norway from 1996 to 1997 leading the cabinet Jagland, and then Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2000 to 2001 in the first cabinet Stoltenberg.
