Norwegian National Collection Agency (Norwegian: Statens Innkrevingssentral) i a Norwegian Government agency responsible for collection all fines issued by the police as well as debt collection from defaulted Government taxes or other debt to the Government. The agency was founded in 1990 and located in Mo i Rana. It is subordinate the Norwegian Ministry of Finance and collects NOK 2.2 billion each year.
